Counselor

I am so excited to be serving the students at Walsh this year! This is my 7th year with Aledo ISD and my 14th year in education. I began my career in Aledo as a co-teacher at Vandagriff Elementary, and for the past five years I have served as a Special Education Counselor. I earned my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2010 and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University in 2020.

My husband and I have been married for 14 years, and we have three children who all graduated from Aledo High School. A fun fact about me is that we have a beehive in our backyard! My husband does all the work—I just enjoy the honey!
